Flock & Field ("we", "us") provides farm and livestock management software for web and mobile. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, used to sign you in (we use passwordless email links/codes and, optionally, device passkeys — we never see or store a password).
• Farm data you enter: animal records, health and breeding events, pasture/field information, feed/egg/milk logs, photos you upload, and anything else you record in the app.
• Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details ourselves.
• Device information: for push notifications (reminders about due dates), we store a device token tied to your account.

How we use it

Solely to operate the app: storing and displaying your farm's records, sending reminder notifications and account emails, and processing subscription billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your farm data for advertising targeting.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the app, each of which only receives the data needed to perform their function:

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments.
• Resend — delivers account emails (sign-in links, invites).
• Google AdSense — shows ads to Free-tier users. Google may use cookies/device identifiers to serve and measure ads; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Paid plans remove ads entirely.

Public farm listings

If you mark an animal "for sale" and set up a public farm page, that animal's name, species, breed, photos, and asking price — along with any contact information you choose to add — become visible to anyone with the link, without requiring an account. Don't add contact details you don't want publicly visible.

Your data, your control

You can export a full copy of your farm's data at any time from Account → Export your data. To delete your account or data entirely, contact us at the email below and we'll remove it.

Children's privacy

Flock & Field is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
